Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jl29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl29's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jl29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• jl29 suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• jl29 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You have requested self-exclusion under jl29's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in jl29's dormant account policy.
• jl29 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to jl29, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
